Apart from translating and writing, I also teach with style and enthusiasm.
I have been a member of the faculty of the Master’s Degree in Literary and Audio-visual Translation at Pompeu Fabra University since 2012, and since 2013 I have also taught the Online Postgradute Degree in Literary Translation at the same university.
From 2008 to 2013, I taught literary translation at Cálamo y Cran in Barcelona, and I also gave some lessons on their professional translation course, both in Barcelona and Madrid.
In 1992 I taught translation for the first time on the postgraduate course in English and Spanish Translation at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. It was an memorable experience. I also taught on the undergraduate course in Spanish Language and Literature.
In addition, I give short courses, talks and lectures, and I take part in round tables.
